TERMS & CONDITIONS

NO CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations are strictly not allowed. If a buyer decides to cancel an order, a cancellation fee of 60% of the total order amount must be paid on the same day the item is canceled. The down payment is non-refundable. In cases where a buyer cancels an item after paying the down payment, the cancellation fee will be 60% of the remaining balance, excluding the down payment. This means the down payment should not be deducted from the cancellation fee. Failure to settle the cancellation fee will result in the buyer being blocked and posted as a bogus buyer. Once an order form has been submitted, the order is automatically confirmed unless stated otherwise. Additionally, buyers are still required to pay the full order amount even if they fail to fill out the order form after “mine-ing” or reserving an item.NO REFUNDS
Refunds will only be issued if an item is unavailable or out of stock. Once an item has been partially or fully paid, refunds are not possible unless stated otherwise. This policy also applies to dents or flaws that were not disclosed by the Korean seller or those caused by international shipping, as these matters are beyond the shop’s control.PAY ON TIME
All payments must be settled by the stated deadline. Failure to pay on time will result in a late fee of Php50.00 per day until the balance is fully paid. If the buyer fails to settle the balance, including the accumulated late fees, within 1-2 weeks, the item will be voided, and any payments made will not be refunded. Additionally, buyers must submit the payment form after completing their payment to ensure their order is properly marked as paid.BOGUS BUYERS
A buyer will be labeled and posted as a bogus buyer if they fail to settle their balance within 1-2 weeks after the deadline of payment, cancel a reserved item, ignore messages, or fail to pay the shipping fee. If a buyer has made partial payments but fails to pay the remaining balance on other items, those unpaid items will be voided without a refund.ITEMS WITHIN 5 MONTHS
Once the buyer receives an email notification stating that their item has arrived, they must fill out the shipping form or check out via Shopee within five months. If the buyer fails to do so without informing the seller beforehand, the item will be voided, and no refund—whether partial or full—will be given.ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL (ETA)
Items from Korea are expected to arrive in the Philippines within 2-5 weeks after the shipment has been sent out, while items from Japan will take approximately 3-5 weeks. However, these estimated times are subject to change, as delivery schedules are beyond the shop’s control. Delays may occur, and refunds will not be granted for delays in shipment.SHIPPING FEE
The international shipping fee is already included in the price unless otherwise stated. However, the local shipping fee must still be paid separately. If a buyer wants their poster to be shipped in a tube, an additional Php80.00 will be charged per tube (subject to change). A packing fee of Php10.00 and an additional transportation fee of Php10.00 may also apply, depending on the chosen courier. The buyer must agree to these costs, as the shop has no control over courier-imposed fees.COMBINE SHIPPING
Combined shipping is not allowed unless all items arrive at the same time. However, buyers may combine shipping with a friend, provided that both orders arrive simultaneously.DAMAGED OR LOST PARCELS
Refunds will only be issued if the buyer opted for item protection and the courier confirms mishandling or loss of the package. The shop will not be responsible for refunds if item protection is not chosen or if the courier denies the refund request. To ensure proof of condition, buyers are advised to take a full unboxing video from the moment they open the package until the end of the unboxing process. This will serve as documentation in case an issue arises with a damaged parcel.SHIPPING FORM
Buyers are required to fill out the shipping form before their items can be shipped. Orders will not be sent out unless the form has been completed.TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions may change without prior notice but will remain applicable to both the shop and buyers. Buyers must treat the seller with respect, as the shop reserves the right to cancel transactions if a buyer acts rudely toward the seller.
